If you want to see a CUBS base ball game the only time is Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 1:20 pm. The CUBS play the METS. Ticket cost is $55.00, Tax $ 5.00, Transportation $15.00, $75.00 per person. I feel like the $55.00 seats will give us the best seats for our money.
This is the plan: Leave Hampton Inn at 11:30 am. and travel by 12 passenger van to the green parking lot at Wrigley field to attend the game. We will then return to Hampton Inn.
I must have your money in advance for purchasing tickets. Please send Eddye your $75.00 per person before April 15, 2012. If you need financial assistance with the cost please let me know. Part sponsorship is available.

Friday, June 29, 2012 Trip to Downtown Chicago for Trolley Tour
The Plan: We leave the Hampton Inn at 8:20 am for the Metra Station Western Springs. Catch the 8:50 train for Union Station. You will arrive at Union Station about 9:40 am. Leave Union Station, cross the Jackson Street Bridge and arrive at Chicago Trolley Tour stop # 14 (About 300 ft.). Get on the top deck of the Trolley for the best view. There are 15 stops. Stop # 12 has a free Hershey Bar and Stop # 3 has a free Garrett’s Pop corn. Stop # 9 Navy Pier is a good stop for lunch, shopping and fun games. Go to the internet and look up Chicago Navy Pier for more details. Go to WWW.Chicagotrolley.com for more info on down town tour and 15 stops. Ride where you want to get off where you want to but be back at Union Station to catch the Metra. The Metra leaves for Western Springs at 4:02, 4:35 and 4:48 called the AURORA train. It takes about 35 minutes to get back to Western Springs stop where your car would be parked. Group tickets need to be purchased in advance.
Cost for Metra $8.00, Trolley Tour $29.00 (Child rate ages 5-14 $13.75) $37.00 per person $21.75 This $37.00 or $21.75 needs to be paid in advance. Send your check to Eddye.
